About this service
CryptoSocials provides stored Crypto X research through its website, MCP and REST API. Contact support@cryptosocials.net for privacy questions, account requests or concerns about archived source content.
Account and research data
We process your account details, sign-in and verification information, membership and payment references, access permissions, credit usage and request records to provide the service, secure accounts, handle billing and investigate errors. Lists, saved research and notification settings are stored when you use those features. Research requests may contain search text, identifiers and filters; do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your research.
Public source material
The research archive contains public X posts, author and profile information, source links, supported media and relationships, observed engagement, and associated asset and market data received through our sources. We retain this material for historical research. Coverage is incomplete, and automated associations can be wrong. Contact support to request a correction or review of personal information or source material.
Connected agents
A connected client receives the data it requests within your account permissions. Its provider handles that data under its own policies. CryptoSocials does not need your entire conversation to answer a research request. Do not send passwords or access keys in prompts or support messages. Removing a connection stops future authorised access; it does not delete copies already received by the client.
Service providers
We use Google Cloud for the application and database, Sites for website hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email and Fastmail for support email. If you connect Telegram, your configured alerts are delivered through Telegram. Providers process relevant information to deliver these services and may process it outside your country. Your chosen agent provider also receives requested research results.
Advertising choices and necessary storage
Sign-in and essential account functions use necessary cookies and storage. Optional X advertising measurement runs according to your saved choice. It can report visits, verified signups and connection creation; we do not include research searches, post text, passwords or keys in advertising event fields. See Ad privacy for details. You can change your advertising choice from the website footer without losing research access.
Why we use information
We use account and service information to provide the service you request, payment information to manage subscriptions and applicable record-keeping obligations, and operational records to protect the service and investigate problems. Historical public-source research and service security rely on our legitimate interests, subject to applicable rights. Optional advertising measurement relies on consent, which you can withdraw.
Retention and account closure
We retain account, research and operational records while needed to provide the service, maintain the historical archive, investigate security or billing issues, meet applicable obligations and handle requests. These categories do not currently have a single automatic deletion period. Account closure disables access but does not automatically erase account, billing, usage or source-archive records. Deletion requests are reviewed individually, including any records that must be retained and any retained backup copies. A pagination expiry does not mean the underlying data has been deleted.
Your choices and rights
Contact support@cryptosocials.net to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, or to ask about retention or international processing. We may need to verify your identity. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the Irish Data Protection Commission. Withdrawing advertising consent affects future measurement and does not undo earlier processing.
