Using CryptoSocials
CryptoSocials provides access to stored social and market research through the website, MCP and REST API. Contact support@cryptosocials.net about the service, your account or billing. By using the service, you agree to these terms; mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Research, not trading advice
Coverage may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Timestamps and source links identify the stored evidence. Asset associations are not endorsements. CryptoSocials does not execute trades, provide personalised investment advice, or guarantee predictions, sentiment accuracy or returns. Assess source evidence and make your own decisions.
Your account and connected tools
Keep your account and access credentials secure. You are responsible for connections you authorise and activity performed with your credentials. You can revoke access in Agent Access. Never use another account without permission or bypass access controls, credit accounting or service limits.
Credits and subscriptions
Research uses the shared account allowance shown in your account and on the pricing page. Each successful research operation uses one credit; additional result pages are separate operations. Usage checks and connection discovery do not use research credits. Allowances reset for the applicable period and unused credits do not roll over. Paid plans renew according to checkout details. Review the price, tax and renewal information before purchasing and use account billing controls to manage the subscription.
Cancellation and billing questions
Use the billing controls in your account to manage or cancel a subscription; those controls show the applicable effective date. Contact support promptly about a billing error, refund or cancellation problem. These terms do not remove statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights. No additional refund guarantee is promised here.
Acceptable use and source rights
Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of source authors and other users. Do not attempt to obtain private account information, disrupt the service, circumvent limits or redistribute source content without the necessary rights. Content belongs to its respective rights holders; access to research does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted redistribution licence.
Availability and changes
We maintain and improve the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete historical coverage. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents or payment failures. Material changes to service terms or subscription conditions will be communicated through appropriate service or account channels. Contact support if an error prevents you from using a paid feature.
